HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE TREATMENT AND CURE OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

What is Arthritis? According to Dr Axe, arthritis is a joint disease that causes swelling and pains in and around the joints. It is usually classified into two. – Osteoarthritis (OA) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

The use of certain essential oils or a combination of essential oils and carrier oil has been known, to be effective in managing pains, and to cure some health related problems. Rheumatism, Joints pain, Body stiffness and Back pains can be healed with essential oil(s) blend. Thankfully, I will reveal to you certain essential oils to cure and treat: rheumatism, arthritis, joint inflammation and haemorrhoids.

RECIPES TO CURE HIP AND KNEE ARTHRITIS

INGREDIENTS:
10 drops of black pepper oil
30 drops of lavender oil
20 drops of bergamot
20 drops of marjoram oil
100ml (20tsp) of coconut (carrier) oil
DIRECTION
Place the jojoba oil and the essential oils in a clean bowl.
Stir properly to make a good blend.
Add the oil in the bowl into a dark amber bottle and keep away from direct sunlight.
Place some amount of this oil into your palm and apply it to your hip, knee and other joints for instant relief from arthritic pain.
Keep the remaining content in the bottle in a cool and dry place
Apply this oil daily at night to treat severe joints pain and arthritis.

If you desire to make smaller amount of the massage oil, kindly reduce the volume (drops) of essential oils to 1,3,2,2 in 1tsp of carrier oil.

RECIPES FOR ANALGESIC BALM

This is my grandma favorite recipe. Analgesic balm can be used to cure and treat Osteoarthritis (OA) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). This massage balm is made of peppermint oil and Aloe Vera gel. Analgesic balm can easily penetrate the skin and soothes inflammation. Hence, this mixture is known as anti-inflammatory balm.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel
5 drops of peppermint oil

2-4tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel
10-15 drops of peppermint oil

DIRECTION
Place the Aloe Vera gel in a clean bowl and add the peppermint oil into it.
Stir the mixture properly to make a smooth blend.
Use this mixture to massage the affected parts or the entire body.
Keep your eyes closed during application to facial area and cover other sensitive parts of your body with clean towel.
For best result, apply this balm to your body at night or in the morning if you are sure not to be in your work place.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use or substitute the peppermint oil with Angelica oil

JOINTS PAIN RELIEF RECIPES
This calming massage oil will help you to get rid of arthritis and joints pain like magic. This massage oil was used to cure over 5 years of shoulder arthritis suffered by my grandma. She had recommended this massage recipe together with analgesic Balm to friends, family members and associates. Please, use it cheerfully and don’t tell that I share it with you (smiles).
INGREDIENTS:
3 drops of Calamus oil
4 drops of ginger oil
15 drops of juniper oil
8 drops of sandalwood oil
2 tablespoon of olive (carrier) oil or grapeseed oil
DIRECTION
Mix the essential oils into the carrier oil in a clean bowl.
Stir properly to make a smooth massage blend.
Administer this oil to your joints and other affected parts for quick and instant relief.
Store the remaining oil in a dark amber bottle and keep away from direct sunlight.
Apply this oil to sooth any inflammation or body pains whenever the need arises.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MASSAGE RECIPE
I have used this gentle massage blend to treat muscle cramp, spasm and Osteoarthritis. You will be amazed at how this anti-inflammatory oil works wonder. Do not forget to thank me by writing a review for this book and indicate the benefits you’ve got using this recipe.

3 drops of eucalyptus oil
14 drops of lavender oil
6 drops of hyssop oil
4 drops of marjoram oil
3 drops of angelica oil
2 ounce (4tablespoon) of Shea butter (carrier) oil or almond carrier oil.
DIRECTION
Place the carrier oil and the essential oils mentioned above into a clean bowl and stir properly.
Lie on the massage table or on your bed face-down and you’re your partner to give you gentle massage with this oil.
Place some amount of the oil into the palm of your hand and apply it to the back, shoulder, neck down to the waist.
Keep the remaining oil in dark amber and keep away from children and direct sunlight.
Apply this massage oil at night before going to bed and have a sweet dream!!

RHEUMATISM RELIEF MASSAGE OIL RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:

3 drops of juniper oil
2 drops of ginger oil
2 drops of thyme oil
3 drops of rosemary oil
2drops of peppermint oil
2 tablespoon of almond (carrier) oil
DIRECTION
Place the almond carrier oil into a clean bowl and add the essential oils mentioned above to it.
Apply this oil blend to the affected parts and give a gentle massage to your body.
Repeat this process as often as possible until the pains are gone
Note: A combination of juniper oil and thyme oil in a carrier oil will almost delivers the same result.

RHEUMATISM AND JOINTS PAIN RELIEF RECIPES

2 drops of peppermint oil
3 drops of eucalyptus oil
4 drops of lavender oil
2 drops of clary sage oil
2 drops of wintergreen oil
2 tablespoon of jojoba oil or carrier oil of your choice
DIRECTION
Place the carrier oil into a clean bowl and add the essential oils to it, and stir properly.
Place this oil mixture into your palm and apply to the affected parts.
You can add this oil blend directly to your bath water to ease tension, stress and body stiffness
Use this oil whenever the need arises.

RECIPES FOR INFLAMMATORY ISSUES
INGREDIENTS:
4 drops of helichrysum oil
2 drops of vetiver oil
4 drops of yarrow oil
3 drops of frankincense oil
2 drops of ginger oil
3 drops of sandal wood
2 drops of chamomile oil
2-4 tablespoon of grapeseed or jojoba carrier oil
DIRECTION
Mix the carrier oil and the essential oils together in a clean bowl.
Apply this oil directly to the affected parts and massage deeply into your skin
Pay attention to your lower abdomen and your ribs.
Apply this oil at night before going to bed.
